The Master's Program in Law (UFU) was created in 2009 and aims to promote transdisciplinary research and academic reflections, of a theoretical-applied nature, based on its area of concentration, aiming at the development of critical, dogmatic and zetetic improvement on the knowledge on fundamental rights. In this context, it seeks to reaffirm the centrality of the human person and of social justice as the founstions of ethical-scientific pluralism, highlighting the plural normative dimensions regarding the feasibility of the legal system and the legitimation of the State, which demands maximum effectiveness as a life project for present and future generations.
